Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be shown live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the pair met personally to promote the upcoming bout.
Former twice world title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will damage his features and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually recognized for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning massive paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would derail the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Size Disparity
As both boxers participated in the traditional stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it highlighted just how surprising this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the fight is really happening.
